Near Death: Celebrating Death and Dying

Joy and sorrow, tears for crying;

Living, loving memories,

Release from life's realities.

The sympathy of pain's release,

Untimely, awkward, gentle peace;

A cold, damp grave, a spirit soars,

As anguish through a mourner pours;

The Comforter, the gift of love;

Eternity, the realm above.  

There are mixed feelings in a celebration of life
