The Rapture: Day of Rapture

May 21, 2011 AD:

Day of rapture,

Or judgment day.

Doomsday preacher

Predicting the end of the world

Tomorrow,

But, what time?

An earthquake like never before,

Death and destruction;

Man instilling fear and trepidation

In the hearts and minds of fellow man,

Loss of lives, possessions,

Billboards advertising Armageddon:

Doomsday music,

Pet service in heaven,

Is this a meltdown of reality

Or an apocalypse?

The righteous ascend to heaven.

No place to land the space shuttle?

The prophet, 

A fear monger

Or a pessimist?

Hell fire and damnation?

Choose the love of God and one another.

A true prophet

Or a false prophet,

Only time will tell.   

A prophetic vision of the apocalypse questioned.
